South Whidbey Hearts & Hammers (SWH&H) is committed to the mission of neighbors helping neighbors. Through our annual Workday event and our year-round H.E.A.R.T. program, SWH&H works to ensure that our community members can remain safe and healthy in their homes.

You can fill out the Apply for Help application for yourself or call or email us.
As the homeowner, please print and sign this Homeowner Waiver/Release form and submit it to the SWH&H team.
PLEASE NOTE: SWH&H deals with homes south of Classic Road in Greenbank. For homes north of there, contact Central Whidbey Hearts and Hammers? Once your application is received, you can expect a follow up phone call from us within 1-2 weeks.
If you have an emergency and need to contact the Home Emergency Action Repair Team (H.E.A.R.T.) or have not received a follow-up call from us on a project submission, please contact us via email or phone at (360) 221-6063.
