The same people who have been serving the South Whidbey community for eight years through Hearts & Hammers - your friends and neighbors - introduce H.E.A.R.T. This is a pilot project to provide year-round assistance for our elderly, low income or disabled neighbors who have emergency home repair needs such as plumbing, heating, roofing, electrical and other problems requiring immediate attention.
